39th AGM of Eastern Insurance Co. Ltd. was held on 14th July 2025
The 39th Annual General Meeting of Eastern Insurance Company Limited was held on 14th July 2025 on digital platform. Mr. A.S.M. Waheeduzzaman, the Hon’ble Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting. Mr. Azmal Hossain, Vice Chairman, Mr. Major (Retd.) Abdul Mannan, Director, Mr. Matiur Rahman, Dirctor, Mr. Haider Ahmed Khan, FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Tofazzel Hossain, FCA, Independent Director and also other Directors were present on the occasion. Chief Executive Officer Mr. HasanTarek, Mr. Anamul Gani Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Kazi Farhana, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting. All the agenda have been approved by the shareholders. Inter alia, 15% cash dividend has been approved for the year 2024.
