On 13 November 2025, we had an appointment with respected Dr. M. Aslam Alam, Chairman, Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA). We discussed about the prospects and challenges of insurance sector of Bangladesh for long one hour. Inter alia, we gently reminded respected Chairman of IDRA about our proposed five new products(policies) of Eastern Insurance Company Limited for around five crore students and people of our country. Dr. M. Aslam Alam expressed his very positive reaction and opined in the affirmative.
Mr. Matiur Rahman, Chairman and Managing Director of Uttara Group of Companies and respected Director of Eastern Insurance Company Limited was also present in that meeting and added his valuable thoughts.
