Mr. Khondoker Rokib Hossain is currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director and Head of the Motijheel Branch, Dhaka at Eastern Insurance Company Limited. Born on July 7, 1970, in Sylhet, Satok, Mr. Rokib has built a distinguished career in the insurance industry, spanning 27 years of expertise and leadership. He began his professional journey in 1993 as the Head of Administration at Computer Source Limited in Dhaka. In 1997, he transitioned to the insurance sector, taking on the role of Deputy Manager at Central Insurance Company Limited. He later joined Prime Insurance Company Limited in 2000 as Vice President, where he worked until 2004.In 2004, Mr. Hossain joined Continental Insurance Limited, where he held various key positions, including Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Executive Director. His responsibilities also included serving as Branch In-Charge at multiple locations, culminating in his promotion to Deputy Managing Director.

During this long time Mr. Rokib has received the award as a best Organizer in the Insurance Sector from Various Organization, besides he has been awarded the Commendable Performance Award for the good Performance of his branch during this Long time.

Mr. Rokib holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Dhaka (under Jagannath College), obtained in 1991, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rajshahi (under Lohagara Government Adarsha Mahabidyalaya), completed in 1989. He holds a wealth of experience in administration, business development, and client relationship management.
